Reservation: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation email and any required payment or guarantee. Rates: Rates may vary based on seasonality, the number of guests, the length of stay, and availability. Check-in and Check-out: * Check-in: from 3:00 PM. * Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability. Cancellations and modifications: Cancellation and refund policies are those specified at the time of booking and stated in the confirmation sent to the guest. City Tax: Any city tax imposed by the Municipality of Naples is not included in the rate (unless otherwise indicated) and must be paid in accordance with current regulations. Guest responsibility: Guests are required to use the property with the utmost care and to compensate for any damage caused to the premises, furnishings, or amenities. Property rules: Smoking, hosting parties, or disturbing the neighborhood is not permitted on the premises. Access is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Privacy: Personal data is processed in compliance with current data protection regulations and used solely for managing the reservation and fulfilling legal obligations.
